This slightly sweet rub, with overtones of cumin and cinnamon, will make your ribs and chicken so mouth-wateringly good, you'll feel like a rock star!
Go for it and liberally rub over pieces of chicken, a rack of ribs or pork butt. Makes an incredible slow-cooked pulled pork. Add a tablespoonful or two to your favourite BBQ sauce or sprinkle some over sweet potatoes and carrots before oven roasting.
